The deposit is only available to purchase during the official pre-launch from 10:00 a.m. EDT, Mar.25th, 2025 to 10:00 a.m. EDT, May.08th 2025
Conditions of Use
1. This deposit can only be applied once per order. If you want to purchase two RobinsNotes, you must buy two coupons.
2. This deposit can be used only for the RobinsNote Kickstarter campaign.
Deposit Redeem
Case 1: Purchasing at the lowest-price period on Kickstarter
Please ensure the email you used to pay for the coupon matches the email used for your Kickstarter order. If they are different, contact us at support@robinsnote.com. If they are the same, after receiving your shipping process through PledgeBox, we will send your free gift along with the RobinsNote automatically.
Before shipping, you will receive a confirmation email.
Case 2: If you miss the lowest-price period on Kickstarter
If you happen to miss the publicly available lowest-price period on Kickstarter, please check your email. We will provide an exclusive link to secure the best price. Throughout the campaign, we will keep you informed and engaged through a series of updates via email.
Refund Policy
This offer is only refundable until 10:00 a.m. EDT, June. 20th 2025. If you are considering not redeeming the offer, you can contact our email address support@robinsnote.com before 10:00 a.m. EDT, June. 20th 2025 and we will refund the amount you paid.
