Warranty Policy

Introduction

RobinsNote ships globally, with certain exceptions due to carrier restrictions.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

You are entitled to a full refund for your undamaged RobinsNote products purchased within 30 days, no questions asked. Once we receive the returned items and complete the inspection, the refund will be processed within 10 working days. Please note the following:

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, RobinsNote refunds the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
  • The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee can only be requested within 30 days of receiving the products.

To avail the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, please contact the channel where you placed the order.

If you initiate a warranty claim more than 30 days ago, we may need you to provide relevant information to help us provide better warranty services. If it involves product replacement, the shipping cost may be borne by the user.

Return process

  • Provide your order number via email at support@robinsnote.com.
  • Once your refund request is approved, you will receive our warehouse address where the product should be returned.
  • Expect your refund within 10 working days after we receive the returned items.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on products purchased from RobinsNote’s authorized distributors and retailers, such as Amazon, Kickstarter, and Indiegogo, are covered by our 6-month warranty, starting from the date you receive the product.

If you have requested a replacement, the replacement will continue the warranty of your original order. For example, if you purchased a RobinsNote product with a 6-month warranty and received it on 01/01/2024, and requested a replacement on 02/01/2024, the warranty period of the replacement is still from 01/01/2024 to 06/01/2024.

The warranty is restricted to the country of purchase, meaning that you can only claim the warranty in the country where you purchased the product.

Shipping costs must be covered by buyers in the following situations:

  • Returning products for any reasons other than a proven defect
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
  • Buyer’s accidental returnsReturning personal items
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchaseLost or stolen products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources
  • Damage from misuse of products (including but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  • Purchases from illegitimate resources

Loss incurred from the use of RobinsNote products

Returning personal items sent to RobinsNote

When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by RobinsNote, we take responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
